BB cream review: Missha M Signature Real complete BB cream

Hi everyone, I hope your having a wonderful time and enjoying the nice weather.
Today I will be reviewing the Missha M Signature Real Complete BB cream. I've been very curious with the Missha line of BB creams. I heard a lot of wonderful things about this brand of BB creams. I wanted to try the original formula but for whatever reason the product keeps going out of stock.

the product
Product claims:

Benefits:
  • Wrinkle Repair
  • Whitening
  • UV Protection
  • Long-Lasting
  • Minimizes Irritations
  • Moisturizes
  • Nourishes
How to Apply:
Take an appropriate amount and apply a small dab to your cheeks, forehead, and chin. With the tips of your fingers spread bb cream evenly throughout your face. To avoid bb cream from caking, let sit for 5 minutes before building bb cream up for more coverage, and before apply any loose powders to set it with.
pump

Product experience:
This BB cream comes in a hard plastic tube. It has a pump and cap that fits snugly. Packing is really and well thought off. The pump however is some what of annoyance. This BB cream is meant to be stored up right so all the product pools close to pump. You get 45 g of product for $35 USD, there are 2 shades available #21 Light pink beige and #23 natural yellow beige.
The BB cream itself is thick and feels dry BB cream. It has a medium but build able coverage. So it will even out your skin tone but will not hide those really bad acne spots or sun spots. It's a dry BB cream so it's great for anyone who has combination oily skin even extremely oily skin. I have a combination oily skin but I find this BB cream to be drying. I always use a moisturizer underneath and just for added protection some type of primer that is silicone based.
This BB cream is easy to blend you can use your fingers for a fast application or use a buffing brush for a natural yet flawless coverage. I prefer to use the Samantha Chapman expert face brush with this BB cream.
I used this during one of the coldest days here in So Cal but everything held up pretty well. During winter/ cooler days I stayed oil free for 9 hours
During summer time this lasted about 4 hours by around 1 and 2 pm the hottest time of the day my nose area is very shinny and I could see a little bit of shine on my forehead and chin. The other parts of my face remained matte.
I think I can get away without applying moisturizer on my skin during summer time.

fresh swatch
Pros:
  • Comes in a hard plastic tube, pump and cap. Making this great for travel and very sanitary.
  • The texture is thick and some what dry, making this BB cream good for oily to combination oily skin. If your combination oily  make sure to moisturize first  or apply primer as this BB cream can be drying.
  • Easy to use and blends easily.
  • Contains sun protection SPF 25
  • Long wearing
  • Controls oil very well
  • Has a matte finish
Cons:
  • Needs to be stored up right or else you will struggle getting the product out.
  • Not recommended for dry skin.
  • There is only 2 color available its not a perfect match for me but its workable.
  • The BB cream clings and emphasizes dry spots
  • Can only be purchased online.
  • Will cause flash back because of the high SPF.

I like this BB cream I will continue to use it. It will be great for summer time because is long wear, controls oil and has high SPF. Recommended for oily or combination oily skin.

winter beauty haul/ gifts for myself :)

Hi Everyone,

I hope your all doing well today I will be just posting a haul, I had meant to post this last month but forgot because I was super busy with family gatherings anyway here what I had picked up.

Ambi fade cream and aveeno undereye cream

Drugstore

Ambi fade cream for oily skin I heard about this product on a magazine article I have a few spots, hyperpigmentation that just won't go away I'm very much interested in trying this out.

Aveeno positvely raidiant eye cream I'm always looking for under eye creams. I don't need one that is very hydrating since I get this little white bumps under my eye. I read an article a few years ago saying that those white bumps are due to very hydrating eye creams. So I stay away from really thick undereye creams but lately I have noticed a lot of undereye circles showing up so it's back to testing again.

lush

From Lush store
Ros argan oil
Karma kreme
Finally I have been wanting to try lush for a long time. I just needed to use up all my sheaterraorganics products. I still love my sheaterra but I wanted to try someting new also I wasn't willing to share my sheaterra organics product with my hubby who is plagued with extremely dry skin. So we went to lush instead and their products work beautifully and keeps my hubby's skin moisturized.

I heard a lot of good things about this brand  from mrdizzybubbles on youtube. She has extremely sensitive skin. I have tried other face mask from skin food unfortunately my skin did not agree with the products. It either caused me to have break outs around the oddest parts of my face like on my inner brows or the product was stung so bad I had to take the mask off and wash out the serum. I'm hoping this masks works out for me.

BB cream trials again I never learn lolz only the second time and so far I have tried the Lioele beyond the solutions BB cream in the small sachets. I sort of like but I couldn't reuse the the samples in the sachet they dried out on me. So Cal weather is extremely dry so I figured why not purchase a bigger sample the 5 ml and try out other BB creams in process.

The balm

I've been hearing a lot of good reviews on YouTube about this brand the balm. I've been wanting to try the brand but I didn't need eye shadows nor was I willing to try any of the foundation since I have a bunch. That I like and currently using. My make up routine does need a few items one of them being a good highlighter and a good under eye concealer. That's not too light for me.

Kogao roller regular
I have heard about facial massage but I was never a believer. While in a store called Tokyo I decided to pick this face massage. For $4

Sheatereaorganics

Argan oil
Shea body butter in banana's n baobabs
Kigella face wash
Drawing mask
Bunch of samples

I was running out of argan oil so I ordered the biggest bottle they have which is 4 oz a few items that I have wanted a to try.

product review: BB cream, blemish balm, beblish balm

Hi everyone,

Today I'll be reviewing BB creams, or blemish balm or beblish balms. What it is a multi purpose product for very, very sensitive skin, that needs a lot of tlc and some make up coverage. BB creams has a lot of uses for the basics it performs as your moisturizer, primer and foundation. Some BB creams contains sun protection usually an SPF 25 and pa+++ others come with anti-aging benefits. With that being said BB creams are the wonder product in Asia. I know its all the rage today and a lot of american brands are coming up with their version of a BB cream. For the sake of making this review short I will be reviewing the skin 79 brand and Legere brand BB creams.

BB creams are great in terms of their multi-function product. You have one product and has multiple use. You don't need to buy separate items such as moisturizer, face primer and foundation or base. Your BB cream is all that you will need. Each brand is unique and will function differently. Some has anti-aging in it to firm up the skin. Depending on your skin what you need I suggest to purchase a sample kit so far the most popular brand like skin 79 and legere have sample kits. This way you will know what works for you and how each product will react on your skin. There by saving you time and a lot of grief just incase BB creams doesn't work for you.

The Skin 79 BB creams
This product is amazing it's very light blends easily. It's by far one of the darker BB creams available.

Legere BB cream
It's a thicker BB cream it's a little difficult to blend.

My experience:
I used the BB cream a few weeks before my vacation and didn't noticed any side effects. I was using the skin 79 in the bright pink tube. It blended easily and gave me a very light coverage.
I brought my BB creams with me while vacationing. It's convenient because I didn't have to carry several items like sun block, face primer and foundation all I needed was my BB cream I used it for 2 days straight one day using a light oil as moisturizer and applied on top. The next day using just the BB cream on my face.
Pros
It's multi purpose eliminating the need to purchase several different products.
It's easy to use, unlike regular foundation that can turn mask like, it gives a very natural finish.
Contains Anti-aging.
Contains broad spectrum sun protection.
Inexpensive because of the variety uses.
Is starting to be widely available.
Some are easily blended on to the skin.

Cons
This products broke me out, I used the legere and skin 79 on different days.
Not a lot of color variety it comes in light or medium or sometimes just light. Definately not for women who are very dark.
Asian brands can only be purchased online or specialty stores.
Some have the grey cast because of the high SPF content.
Does not give full coverage, light to maybe medium depending on your skin type and your needs.
Needs to set with powder.

BB creams are a great product especially if you want an everyday, natural look and a streamlined routine. You don't need to pile several different products on your face. You have light to medium coverage with out placing a face full of products. If you need a little extra you can always use a tiny amount of concealer on the problem spots a little bit of powder and your all set.
Unfortunately I can't recommend any of this BB cream I used one from each brand and it broke me out. I will try out lioeli BB cream and some American brand BB cream in a later date hopefully when my break out has cleared up. Also I got so annoyed with this product that I got rid of the packaging and samples. I don't have any pictures but I will post a link so you know what I bought. I'm not trying to say don't buy it or use it since our skin and bodies react differently. Hopefully you will have a much better expereince than I did.
