Product experience
brush tip

You .057 oz 0.0 g of product for $2.99 I got the colors black leather 01 which is your basic black and twilight 04 which is a nice bright blue. It's available in 8 shades from basic blacks to fun bright yellow. The black sets to a matte finish while blue has some micro shimmer. The blue will stain your lids I didn't notice any staining with the black. It is an ink pot type of liquid eyeliner with a nice thin brush applicator.
I found  the texture to be nice it does take a few seconds to dry but nothing bad.
I find my self dipping a couple of times to get enough product on my lids and to get enough color.
swatch

Pros
  • Comes in a inkwell type of liner
  • Has a nice thin brush
  • Very pigmented
  • Some products dries to different finishes, the black dried to a matte finish while the blue one has some iridescence
  • Dries quickly
  • Comes in basic and non traditional shades like green and yellow

a little bit of transfer/staining

Cons
  • the brush is a just a tad short
  • the some of the color transfers
  • The some of colors will stain your lids
  • The blue one flaked around my eye area
  • The formula feels drying upon initial application but goes away after 15 min

twilight, after 4 hours

after 4 hour twilight, there's a bit of flaking around my eye

All in all I like this eyeliner the brush is thin and the formula works for me. It worth trying out if you happen to find this available in stores.

The felt tip is not very flexible, it got bent half way from the tip. It is still usable but it makes winging out eyeliner more difficult. All in all it I was not impressed by the product.

Comes in a tube you get 0.19 fl oz of product for $4.50. I have the color extreme blue. Has a very shimmer bright blue finish. Inkwell type of eyeliner with a very fine bristle brush.

Pros:
  • Very pigmented, vibrant color, what you see in the tube is the color your gonna get
  • Build-able
  • Has a nice very thin, stiff but flexible brush
  • Inexpensive
  • On the website there are 12 colors
  • Does not stain the skin

Cons:
  • Comes in shimmery finish
  • Can be a little messy, the product has a wet formula that easily transfers upon application. It needs a few seconds to set.
  • Does not last very long, this only lasted a couple of hours on a bare eye lid. Does not claim to be a long last product
  • Wears really patchy through out the day.
  • Not recommended for anyone with oily eyelids, or to used at the lower lash line
  • I noticed a lot  of flakes around a my eye area thought the day
  • Needs to be reapplied throughout the day to maintain a nice crisp line
  • In order to for the liner to last you need to prep your eyelids. Depending on your look a primer is a must then set the liner with a corresponding eye shadow and the liner will last without touch ups.
liner without primer

I like this product because of the nice cobalt blue color. It does need some work getting the product to last but I think it's worth it.
